«َكُلِّ مَوْضِعٍ يَقُولُ فِيهِ الشَّافِعِيُّ: (قَالَ بَعْضُ النَّاسِ) يُرِيدُ بِهِ أَبَا حَنِيفَةَ، وَكُلُّ مَوْضِعٍ قَالَ فِيهِ: (قَالَ بَعْضُ أَصْحَابِنَا) يُرِيدُ بِهِ مَالِكًا، وَإِذَا أَرَادَ غَيْرَهُمَا ذَكَرَهُ بِاسْمِهِ»ِ (^١).
