(٣٨٩٥) قال الشافعي: ولو قال لعَشَرَةِ أعْبُدٍ له: أحَدُكُم حُرٌّ، سَألْنا الوَرَثَةَ .. فإن قالُوا: لا نَعْلَمُ، أُقْرِعَ بينهم وأُعْتِقَ أحَدُهم، كانَ أقَلَّهُم قِيمَةً أو أكْثَرَهُم.
