ثلاثًا، ثُمّ جاءَتْ بوَلَدٍ لسِتَّةِ أشْهُرٍ، لَزِمَ الزَّوْجَ، قالوا (^١): هذا فِراشٌ، قيل: وهل كان فِراشًا قَطُّ يُمْكِنُ فيه جماعٌ، قال الشافعي: إذا أحاط العلمُ أنّ الوَلَدَ ليس مِنْ الزَّوْجِ .. فالوَلَدُ مَنْفِيٌّ عنه بلا لِعانٍ.
