قَالَ الْمُزَنِيُّ: قُلْتُ أَنَا (^١): قد جَاء عَن ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ مَعْنَى مَا قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُُّّ، وَهُوَ ظَاهِرٌُ الْقُرْآنِِ (^٢).
