٩٩١ - وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضي الله عنه - أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قَالَ: «لَا تُنْكَحُ الْأَيِّمُ حَتَّى تُسْتَأْمَرَ، وَلَا تُنْكَحُ الْبِكْرُ حَتَّى تُسْتَأْذَنَ». قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، وَكَيْفَ إِذْنُهَا؟ قَالَ: «أَنْ تَسْكُتَ». مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ. (١)
