بَابُ الْوَصَايَا

٩٦٥ - عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ - رضي الله عنهما-; أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قَالَ: «مَا حَقُّ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ لَهُ شَيْءٌ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يُوصِيَ فِيهِ يَبِيتُ لَيْلَتَيْنِ إِلَّا وَوَصِيَّتُهُ مَكْتُوبَةٌ عِنْدَهُ». مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ. (١)
