٩٥١ - وَعَنْ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِي كَرِبَ - رضي الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم: «أَلَا لَا يَحِلُّ ذُو نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ، وَلَا الْحِمَارُ الْأَهْلِيُّ، وَلَا اللُّقَطَةُ مِنْ مَالِ مُعَاهَدٍ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَسْتَغْنِيَ عَنْهَا». رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ. (١)
