بَابُ إِحْيَاءِ الْمَوَاتِ

٩٢١ - عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ -رضي الله عنها-; أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قَالَ: «مَنْ عَمَّرَ أَرْضًا لَيْسَتْ لِأَحَدٍ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا». قَالَ عُرْوَةُ: وَقَضَى بِهِ عُمَرُ فِي خِلَافَتِهِ. رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ. (١)
