بَابُ الْغَصْبِ

٨٩٨ - عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ -رضي الله عنهما-; أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قَالَ: «مَنْ اقْتَطَعَ شِبْرًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ ظُلْمًا طَوَّقَهُ اللَّهُ إِيَّاهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ». مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ. (١)
