بَابُ الْحَوَالَةِ وَالضَّمَانِ

٨٨٠ - عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضي الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم: «مَطْلُ الْغَنِيِّ ظُلْمٌ، وَإِذَا أُتْبِعُ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى مَلِيٍّ فَلْيَتْبَعْ». مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ. (١)

وَفِي رِوَايَةِ أَحْمَدَ: «فَلْيَحْتَلْ». (٢)
