بَابُ الْخِيَارِ

٨٢٨ - عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضي الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم: «مَنْ أَقَالَ مُسْلِمًا بَيْعَتَهُ، أَقَالَهُ اللَّهُ عَثْرَتَهُ». رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ، وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ، وَصَحَّحَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ، وَالْحَاكِمُ. (١)
