٦٧٠ - وَلِلْحَاكِمِ: «مَنْ أَفْطَرَ فِي رَمَضَانَ نَاسِيًا فَلَا قَضَاءَ عَلَيْهِ وَلَا كَفَّارَةَ». وَهُوَ صَحِيحٌ. (١)

1 (١) - حسن. رواه الحاكم (١/ ٤٣٠) إذ في سنده محمد بن عمرو بن علقمة، وهو حسن الحديث. وقد فات الحافظ أن ينسب الحديث لمن هو أعلى من الحاكم كابن خزيمة مثلا (١٩٩٠) وغيره.
