٦٠٦ - وَلِلتِّرْمِذِيِّ; عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: «مَنِ اسْتَفَادَ مَالًا، فَلَا زَكَاةَ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى يَحُولَ الْحَوْلُ». وَالرَّاجِحُ وَقْفُهُ. (١)

1 (١) - رواه الترمذي (٣/ ٢٥ - ٢٦) مرفوعا وموقوفا، وصحح الموقوف. قلت: المرفوع صحيح بما له من شواهد، حديث علي رضي الله عنه الماضي (٦٠٦) أحدها. والموقوف في حكم المرفوع. والله أعلم.
