٤٣٧ - وَهُوَ فِي مُرْسَلِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ عِنْدَ الْبَيْهَقِيِّ مُخْتَصَرٌ. (١)

1 (١) - رواه الشافعي في «المسند» (١/ ٥١٢/١٧٩) بلفظ: «خياركم الذين إذا سافروا قصروا الصلاة، وأفطروا -أو قال-: لم يصوموا» وفضلا عن كونه مرسلا، فهو من رواية إبراهيم بن أبي يحيى شيخ الشافعي، وهو: «كذاب. كل بلاء فيه».
