٢٥٦ - وَعَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم: «لَا تُقَامُ الْحُدُودُ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ، وَلَا يُسْتَقَادُ فِيهَا». رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ، وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ بِسَنَدٍ ضَعِيفٍ. (١)
