١٤٣٩ - وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضي الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم: «لَا يَجْزِي وَلَدٌ وَالِدَهُ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَجِدَهُ مَمْلُوكًا فَيُعْتِقَهُ». رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ. (١)
