١٤٣١ - وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رضي الله عنهما: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - رَدَّ الْيَمِينَ عَلَى طَالِبِ الْحَقِّ. رَوَاهُمَا الدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ، وَفِي إِسْنَادِهِمَا ضَعْفٌ. (١)
