١٤٠٠ - وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ - رضي الله عنه - أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يَقُولُ: «إِذَا حَكَمَ الْحَاكِمُ، فَاجْتَهَدَ، ثُمَّ أَصَابَ، فَلَهُ أَجْرَانِ. وَإِذَا حَكَمَ، فَاجْتَهَدَ، ثُمَّ أَخْطَأَ، فَلَهُ أَجْرٌ». مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ. (١)
