١٣٧٦ - وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضي الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم: «يَمِينُكَ عَلَى مَا يُصَدِّقُكَ بِهِ صَاحِبُكَ». وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ: «الْيَمِينُ عَلَى نِيَّةِ الْمُسْتَحْلِفِ». أَخْرَجَهُمَا مُسْلِمٌ. (١)
