١٢٦٠ - وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رضي الله عنهما; عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قَالَ: «كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ، وَكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ». أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمُ. (١)
1(١) - صحيح. رواه مسلم (٢٠٠٣)، وفي رواية (... .... وكل خمر حرام) وزاد في أخرى: «من شرب الخمر في الدنيا فمات وهو يدمنها، ولم يتب، لم يشربها في الآخرة».
