١٢٤٨ - وَعَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ رضي الله عنه؛ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قَالَ: «لَا يُغَرَّمُ السَّارِقُ إِذَا أُقِيمَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ». رَوَاهُ النَّسَائِيُّ، وَبَيَّنَ أَنَّهُ مُنْقَطِعٌ. وَقَالَ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ: هُوَ مُنْكَرٌ. (١)
