١١٠٠ - وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رضي الله عنهما قَالَ: إِذَا مَضَتْ أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ وُقِفَ الْمُؤْلِي (١) حَتَّى يُطَلِّقَ، وَلَا يَقَعُ عَلَيْهِ الطَّلَاقُ حَتَّى يُطَلِّقَ. أَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ. (٢)
