بَابُ مَا يَضْمَنُ مِنْ الرُّهُونِ وَمَا لَا يَضْمَنُ مِنْهَا وَوَجْهُ الضَّمَانِ فِيهَا

الرُّهُونُ عِنْدَ مَالِكٍ عَلَى ضَرْبَيْنِ، مَضْمُونَةٍ وَغَيْرِ مَضْمُونَةٍ فَالْمَضْمُونُ مِنْهَا،مَا يُغَابُ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ الِامْوَالِ الْبَاطِنَةِ مِثْلُ الثِّيَابِ
