وَإِذَا أَصَابَ الرَّجُلُ أَوْ أُصِيبَتْ الْمَرْأَةُ بَعْدَ الْحُرِّيَّةِ وَالْبُلُوغِ بِنِكَاحٍ صَحِيحٍ وَلَيْسَ وَاحِدٌ مِنْهُمَا يُزَايِلُ الْعَقْلَ رَجْمًا إذَا زَنِيَا وَالْكَافِرُ وَالْمُسْلِمُ الْحِرَّانَ فِيمَا وَصَفْتْ سَوَاءً.
