بَابُ ذِكْرِ إِعْطَاءِ الْمَرْءِ الْمَالَ نَاوِيًا الصَّدَقَةَ، وَإِلْقَائِهِ ذَلِكَ الْمَالَ مَوْضِعَ الصَّدَقَةِ مِنْ غَيْرِ نُطْقٍ مِنْهُ بِأَنَّهُ صَدَقَةٌ
