بَابُ ذِكْرِ تَحْرِيمِ الصَّدَقَةِ عَلَى الْأَصِحَّاءِ الْأَقْوِيَاءِ عَلَى الْكَسْبِ، وَالْأَغْنِيَاءِ بِكَسْبِهِمْ عَنِ الصَّدَقَاتِ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُونُوا أَغْنِيَاءَ بِمَالٍ يَمْلِكُونَهُ، بِذِكْرِ خَبَرٍ مُجْمَلٍ غَيْرِ مُفَسَّرٍ
