بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي قَسْمِ الْمَرْءِ صَدَقَتَهُ مِنْ غَيْرِ دَفْعِهَا إِلَى الْوَالِي قَالَ اللَّهُ عز وجل: ﴿إِنْ تُبْدُوا الصَّدَقَاتِ فَنِعِمَّا هِيَ﴾ [البقرة: ٢٧١]
