بَابُ صَدَقَةِ الْفَقِيرِ الَّذِي يَجُوزُ لَهُ الْمَسْأَلَةُ فِي الصَّدَقَةِ «وَالدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنْ لَا وَقْتَ فِيمَا يُعْطَى الْفَقِيرُ مِنَ الصَّدَقَةِ إِلَّا قَدْرًا يَسُدُّ خُلَّتَهُ وَفَاقَتَهُ»
