بَابُ الزَّجْرِ عَنِ اسْتِعْمَالِ مَوَالِي النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ إِذَا طَلَبُوا الْعُمَالَةَ عَلَى السِّعَايَةِ، إِذِ الْمَوَالِي مِنْ أَنْفُسِ الْقَوْمِ، وَالصَّدَقَةُ تَحْرُمُ عَلَيْهِمْ كَتَحْرِيمِهَا عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم، صَدَقَةُ الْفَرْضِ دُونَ صَدَقَةِ التَّطَوُّعِ
