بَابُ إِبَاحَةِ الْكَلَامِ فِي الْخُطْبَةِ بِالْأَمْرِ وَالنَّهْيِ، وَالدَّلِيلِ عَلَى ضِدِّ قَوْلِ مَنْ زَعَمَ أَنَّ الْخُطْبَةَ صَلَاةٌ، وَلَوْ كَانَتِ الْخُطْبَةُ صَلَاةً مَا تَكَلَّمَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِيهَا بِمَا لَا يَجُوزُ فِي الصَّلَاةِ
