بَابُ الْأَمْرِ بِالدُّعَاءِ عَلَى الْمُتَبَايِعَيْنِ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ أَنْ لَا تَرْبَحَ تِجَارَتُهُمَا «وَفِيهِ مَا دَلَّ عَلَى أَنَّ الْبَيْعَ يَنْعَقِدُ وَإِنْ كَانَا عَاصِيَيْنِ بِفِعْلِهِمَا»
