بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي الْجَمْعِ بَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ فِي السَّفَرِ بِذِكْرِ خَبَرٍ غَلِطَ فِي مَعْنَاهُ بَعْضُ مَنْ لَمْ يُحْسِنْ صِنَاعَةِ الْفِقْهِ، فَتَأَوَّلَ هَذَا الْخَبَرِ عَلَى ظَاهِرِهِ وَزَعَمَ أَنَّ الْجَمْعَ غَيْرُ جَائِزٍ إِلَى أَنْ يَجِدَّ بِالْمُسَافِرِ السَّفَرُ
