بَابُ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ الْأَمْرَ بِالْوِتْرِ فِي الِاسْتِطَابَةِ أَمْرُ اسْتِحْبَابٍ لَا أَمْرُ إِيجَابٍ «وَأَنَّ مَنِ اسْتَطَابَ بِأَكْثَرَ مِنْ ثَلَاثَةٍ بِشَفْعٍ لَا بِوِتْرٍ غَيْرُ عَاصٍ فِي فِعْلِهِ، إِذْ تَارِكُ الِاسْتِحْبَابِ غَيْرِ الْإِيجَابِ تَارِكُ فَضِيلَةٍ لَا فَرِيضَةٍ»
