وَرَوَى مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، «لَا بَأْسَ أَنْ تَأْكُلَ مِنْ بَيْتِ صَدِيقِكَ وَإِنْ لَمْ يَأْذَنْ لَكَ» وَيَتَأَوَّلُ هَذَا عَلَى أَنَّهُ إِنَّمَا يَكُونُ مُبَاحًا إِذَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّهُ لَا يَمْنَعُكُ وَكَانَ صَدِيقًا عَلَى الْحَقِيقَةِ إِلَّا أَنَّ الْأَحَادِيثَ الَّتِي ذَكَرْنَاهَا عَلَى الْإِذْنِ وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ
