بَابُ ذِكْرِ الْآيَةِ الْأُولَى مِنهَا قَالَ جَلَّ وَعَزَّ: ﴿بَرَاءَةٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ إِلَى الَّذِينَ عَاهَدْتُمْ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَسِيحُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ﴾ [التوبة: ٢] لِلْعُلَمَاءِ فِي هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ سَبْعَةُ أَقْوَالٍ
