بَابُ ذِكْرِ الْآيَةِ الرَّابِعَةِ قَالَ اللَّهُ جَلَّ وَعَزَّ: ﴿فَاعْفُ عَنْهُمْ وَاصْفَحْ﴾ [المائدة: ١٣] مِنَ الْعُلَمَاءِ مَنْ قَالَ إِنَّمَا كَانَ الْعَفْوُ وَالصَّفْحُ قَبْلَ الْأَمْرِ بِالْقِتَالِ ثُمَّ نُسِخَ ذَلِكَ بِالْأَمْرِ بِالْقِتَالِ
