بَابُ ذِكْرِ الْآيَةِ الثَّامِنَةِ قَالَ جَلَّ وَعَزَّ ﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَقْرَبُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَأَنْتُمْ سُكَارَى حَتَّى تَعْلَمُوا مَا تَقُولُونَ﴾ [النساء: ٤٣] أَكْثَرُ الْعُلَمَاءِ عَلَى أَنَّهَا مَنْسُوخَةٌ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُمْ يَخْتَلِفُونَ فِي النَّاسِخِ لَهَا
