بَابُ ذِكْرِ الْآيَةِ التَّاسِعَةَ عَشْرَةَ قَالَ جَلَّ وَعَزَّ ﴿قُلِ الْعَفْوَ﴾ [البقرة: ٢١٩] فِيهِ ثَلَاثَةُ أَقْوَالٍ مِنَ الْعُلَمَاءِ مَنْ قَالَ: إِنَّهَا مَنْسُوخَةٌ بِالزَّكَاةِ الْمَفْرُوضَةِ، وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ قَالَ: هِيَ الزَّكَاةُ، وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ قَالَ: هُوَ شَيْءٌ أَمَرَ بِهِ غَيْرُ الزَّكَاةِ لَمْ يُنْسَخْ
