تدل عليه من الْأَحْكَامُ حُكْمٌ آخَرُ لَهَا، وَلَا تَلَازُمَ بَيْنَهُمَا، وَإِذَا ثَبَتَ ذَلِكَ فَيَجُوزُ نَسْخُهُمَا وَنَسْخُ أَحَدِهِمَا، كَسَائِرِ الْأَحْكَامِ الْمُتَبَايِنَةِ.

وَلَنَا أَيْضًا: الْوُقُوعُ، وَهُوَ دَلِيلُ الْجَوَازِ، كَمَا عَرَفْتَ مِمَّا أَوْرَدْنَاهُ.
